Project Scheduler in Mercer , Washington

Scheduler Position

An established construction organization is seeking a Scheduler to support two large-scale public works projects in the Seattle area. This individual will work closely with the Project Manager and play a key role in maintaining and communicating project schedules for major transit and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Building, maintaining, and updating construction project schedules
• Tracking project progress and ensuring schedule accuracy
• Communicating schedule updates and impacts to field teams and project stakeholders
• Supporting long-term infrastructure projects with durations exceeding five years
• Collaborating with project leadership to identify schedule risks and opportunities

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of construction scheduling experience on large industrial and/or commercial projects
• Experience working for a general contractor or subcontractor
• Strong experience with Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience managing schedules with 3,000-5,000 activities within a single project schedule

• Experience supporting large public works projects
• Experience with transit, infrastructure, or wastewater construction projects

Compensation:

$120-170k. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
