Overview
Title: QA Engineer II
Industry: Gaming

Responsibilities- Analyze crashes and defects using stack traces, logs, and runtime signals to identify failure points and affected systems
- Perform root cause analysis by combining crash data, reproduction context, and system behavior
- Investigate complex or recurring issues through execution-path and regression analysis across system boundaries
- Leverage observability data to understand behavior and identify gaps in logging or instrumentation
- Recommend improvements to development workflows and product quality with clear, actionable guidance
- Experience designing and executing test plans
- Experience managing components of a defect tracking database
- Experience coordinating remote testers and providing performance feedback
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and content creators
- 3+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, including leading testing efforts within a team
