Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager who owns hands‑on execution while driving smart, performance‑leading optimizations. You will own campaign setup, QA, and performance management across paid social channels (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.)
This person will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of campaign setups, managing day‑to‑day communication with platform reps, and partnering closely with the Digital Activation Managers to align strategy, execution, and performance across all social channels.
Responsibilities- Build, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs daily; QA setups to ensure proper tracking and trafficking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights and optimizations to improve ROI and goal achievement, working closely with the Digital Activation Managers to align strategies and execution.
- Maintain documentation for creative specs, platform guidelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Proactively track industry trends, platform updates, and evolving best practices, bringing forward new ideas, tools, and strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Manage platform relationships and regularly consult with reps to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and capabilities.
- Adjust and test bidding strategies, audience targeting, frequency settings, and bid multipliers to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Identify and recommend creative optimizations for social campaigns, working with the design and strategy teams to ensure assets support performance goals.
- Maintain a high standard of QA for campaign launches, including naming conventions, URL tracking, targeting settings, and reporting integrations.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager; experience in Linked In, Tik Tok, or other social platforms a plus.
- Strong understanding of platform‑specific bidding mechanics, targeting strategies, and performance levers.
- Track record of successfully optimizing media campaigns against performance KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CPL.
- Understanding of pixel‑based tracking, conversion APIs, and performance measurement in privacy‑constrained environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure clean campaign setup and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders with attention to detail.
- Experience using reporting dashboards like Tapclicks or Tableau a plus.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or is a plus.
