Sales Representative -- Residential Remodeling
Location: Seattle, WA
If you're a relationship-first salesperson who wins through trust, knowledge, and follow-through, not pressure tactics, this role will feel like home. We're looking for a consultative Sales Representative who can guide homeowners from the first conversation through project completion, while helping Baklinski Home Improvement grow the right way.
Baklinski Home Improvement is a fast-growing residential remodeling and home improvement company based in the greater Seattle area. We take on a wide range of projects, from quick handyman jobs to high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and full-home remodels, because we want to be the "go-to" team our customers trust for years.

As our Sales Representative
, you'll own the front end of the customer journey and stay connected throughout the project. This is not a "close and disappear" role. You'll maintain the relationship, support scope clarity, and stay looped in when changes happen, helping ensure the customer experience stays strong from start to finish. You'll work closely with our leadership and operations team to bid work accurately, set expectations clearly, and build long-term referral relationships.
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, follow-up, and proactive outreach
- Meet homeowners on-site, understand goals, and guide them through options
- Build and present project bids/estimates (with support from internal team as needed)
- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with operations/production to ensure scope, selections, and change orders stay aligned
- Track all activity in the CRM (lead status, notes, follow-ups, next steps)
- Communicate clearly and consistently, customers should always feel informed and supported
- Represent Baklinski Home Improvement with professionalism, integrity, and urgency
- Consultative, relationship-based sales approach (no high-pressure tactics)
- Construction industry experience (residential remodeling strongly preferred)
- Experience estimating/bidding residential projects (kitchens, baths, remodels, handyman work)
- Proven success in a role that blends sales + ongoing customer relationship management
- Strong CRM discipline and follow-through
- Strong communication and customer service skills, you can calm concerns and set clear expectations
- Ability to manage your pipeline independently and stay highly organized
- Comfortable visiting job sites and working in customers' homes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Base salary: $70,000 per year, depending on experience and fit.
- Commission paid on closed projects (structure and targets discussed during interviews; designed to reward strong results and long-term relationship building).
- Paid Time Off (PTO) 7 paid Holidays per year.
- Health Insurance ( 50% employer-paid)
- Perks may include paid training, company-paid software/tools, and performance-based bonuses and compensation increases based on results and scope growth.
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours; occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings as needed.
