Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment within a Class A office building environment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting preventive maintenance, repairs, and system efficiency.
This position requires a high level of professionalism due to frequent interaction with clients and building occupants.

Typical Day:
Daily rounds
Reactive maintenance calls
Preventive maintenance (PMs)
Basic plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems
Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs
Assist with installation and modification of building systems and equipment
Review and complete assigned work orders using available systems
Support energy management initiatives to ensure efficient system operation
Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision
Communicate straightforward information clearly and concisely
Required Experience:
2–4 years of job-related maintenance experience
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience with basic plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry work
Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs. or more
Basic computer skills and ability to use email
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
