• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment within a Class A office building environment. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, supporting preventive maintenance, repairs, and system efficiency.

This position requires a high level of professionalism due to frequent interaction with clients and building occupants.

Typical Day:

• Daily rounds

• Reactive maintenance calls

• Preventive maintenance (PMs)

• Basic plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems

• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs

• Assist with installation and modification of building systems and equipment

• Review and complete assigned work orders using available systems

• Support energy management initiatives to ensure efficient system operation

• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations

• Follow defined procedures and processes under supervision

• Communicate straightforward information clearly and concisely

Required Experience:

• 2–4 years of job-related maintenance experience

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Experience with basic plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry work

• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting 50 lbs. or more

• Basic computer skills and ability to use email

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• CMMS experience

• Slack experience

• Trade school background
