M-F 6am - 2:30pm

3003 77th Ave SE, Mercer Island WA
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Class A office Building. There will be a lot of interaction with the client so candidate will need to have a high level of professionalism.
Team Overview:
Candidate will work with a team, but will be attending to the work mostly independently. Resource's typical working day:
Daily rounds Reactive calls PM's Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry May take on more high level tasks Work with vendors.
Licenses/Certifications:
608 Universal license highly preferred.
Must Have
Skills:
HVAC experience Basic plumbing, mechanical, electric, carpentry.
Nice to have skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Years of
Experience:
3-7 years Education H.S. Diploma or GED, Trade school highly preferred, but will accept experience in lieu of. Software skills: CMMS experience Slack experience Ability to use email Basic computer skills.

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
