Location: Mercer, PA |
Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Must live in the Mercer, PA area.

This role provides service coordination to participants referred to Workforce Services by the Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities office. The individual implements the company mission and adheres to all Charles Taylor Policies, Guidelines, and applicable referral source requirements to ensure timely, efficient, and quality services for participants.

• Understand the Americans with Disabilities Act and accommodation processes; possess basic disabilities knowledge.
• Exhibit strong social and communication skills, patience, and time management.
• Demonstrate confidence, honesty, and reliability while upholding professional ethics.
• Proficient in computers and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Be goal‑oriented, highly organized, and reliable.
• Provide on‑site job coaching and teaching to individuals with disabilities, including:
• Contact or meet participants on‑site or off‑site to provide on‑the‑job supports.
• Deliver hands‑on or supportive guidance to ensure participants successfully retain positions and learn duties.
• Ensure compliance with program and employment requirements, reporting any significant issues to the VRC.
• Model professional behavior and teach employment‑related soft skills.
• Complete legible, well‑written reports on each case per VRC specifications.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred:
  Experience working with people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
