UPMC Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Looking for a nursing role that gives you time, trust, and true patient connection? UPMC Home Health is hiring full-time registered nurses (RNs) across the Mercer and surrounding areas! Monday – Friday daylight shifts with rotations for on-call and weekends. This role offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy a more sustainable pace of nursing;

Develop and manage plans of care in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary partners

Complete required documentation (OASIS, visit notes, orders) electronically using a provided laptop

Qualifications/Certifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Active RN license (Pennsylvania or compact state eligibility)
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and required clearances
Final title and compensation are based on experience, education, and career ladder placement.
CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire

* Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
