Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Join our team to provide essential nursing care and make a positive impact. We are seeking dedicated LPNs for part-time night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status
- Assist with implementing treatment plans under RN supervision
- Administer medications and supervise direct resident care
- Complete accurate documentation and report to the Director of Nursing
- Ensure residents' care standards are maintained and follow individualized care plans
- Valid LPN license in PA
