You also support the financial empowerment of members and clients while balancing member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management.

You promote digital solutions and help members and clients start using them. As needed, you carry out financial transactions and present self‑serve solutions for future transactions. You work with partners and specialists to design integrated strategies that meet the needs of members and clients, identify business opportunities, and direct members and clients to colleagues or other entities for specialized or day‑to‑day needs.

  • Advise members and clients on the best strategies and determine target outcomes.
  • Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay on top of financial services industry news, market trends and best practices in your field so you can identify business development opportunities.
  • Participate in outreach activities and be present in the community.
  • Conduct onsite visits of the businesses you serve.
