Senior Project Manager

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager at Gibraltar Construction.

What the role is:

You’ll run multiple TI projects from tender through close‑out. Medical, office, retail, financial – the full commercial mix across the Lower Mainland and BC. You’ll work closely with dedicated Site Managers on the ground while you drive the planning, margins, subs, and client relationships from the office.

$90,000 – $110,000 base + performance bonus tied to project results. Total compensation typically lands between $120,000 and $160,000.

• 10+ years managing commercial construction as a GC
• Robust TI background across multiple project types
• Someone who can run multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Confident with budgets, margins, risk, and client relationships
• Organised, accountable, and doesn’t need hand‑holding

We run on EOS – structured meetings, clear roles, defined accountability. You’ll have direct exposure to leadership, a strong pipeline of repeat TI clients, and real room to grow as we scale across BC and into Calgary.
