$22/hour + Overtime (Time and a Half – $36/hour after 40 hours)

Manufacturing (Aerospace preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations in Meriden, CT. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and efficient collections. Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, is highly preferred.

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Generate customer invoices and post payments
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
• Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
