SNI Financial has partnered with a premier REIT in southern CT that is seeking to add aSenior Accountant to its corporate accounting team as a result of continued growth. This is a highly visible opportunity working directly with the Corporate Controller, offering exposure to financial reporting, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives. This comes with a strong base + bonus and great opportunity for advancement.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (will look at heavy Staff/light Seniors)
- Strong focus on month-end close, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and reporting
- Opportunity to work on process improvement and finance automation initiatives (Power BI, Power Automate, Vena, Alteryx, Excel)
- Previous or current Real Estate experience is highly desired
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
