We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support a large-scale HR personnel file cleanup and organization project in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.
Work Model: Day Shift – AM (07:00 AM – 03:30 PM)
What You’ll Do:- Review and organize employee personnel files
- Separate active and terminated employee records
- Organize benefits and medical documentation into appropriate sections and files
- File large volumes of loose paper documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR records management
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Experience with filing and document organization preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
