Safely and efficiently operate a wide range of heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, skid steers, graders);
Lead field crews on site development projects to promote productivity and safety;
Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, site layouts, and GPS-guided equipment systems;
Perform site grading, excavation, trenching, back filling, digging, and material handling to project specifications;
Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with Supervisors, laborers, and truck drivers to meet deadlines on site
