Lowe's - 1201 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's Outlets;
Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise;
Cross-functionally trains in other areas of the Outlet to help deliver the best customer service;
Generates leads for Project Specialist Exterior programs by engaging customers in their project needs;
Uses the point-of-sale terminals to process walk up, phone, email, and online orders.
