Overview

Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company that partners with over 6,000 schools each year to help them raise funds through engaging and innovative experiences. As a Program Specialist, you will serve as the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, working alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals and create positive impacts for students and communities.

• Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
• Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills—professional, enthusiastic, and clear in both written and verbal interactions.

• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Booster’s background and motor vehicle checks.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
• Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.
