Salary: $62,896 - $82,065
The Student Services Manager supports the principal and the operations team in managing non‑instructional student services and data integrity across Achievement First systems. The role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a positive school culture, and coordinating student services such as food, transportation, health, and enrichment events.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the school leadership team to plan and execute school special events such as report card nights and award ceremonies.
- Assist in organizing and implementing field lessons and other culture‑related activities.
- Support the Director of School Operations in fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Coordinate logistics for cultural events and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with community partners to bring external cultural experiences to the school, creating enriching opportunities for students.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate cultural enrichment opportunities into the curriculum, fostering a holistic educational environment.
- Coordinate daily student food services, troubleshoot issues, and track meal consumption.
- Manage daily student transportation services, address issues, and conduct required emergency drills.
- Coordinate student health services, monitor health trends, and collaborate with nursing staff for student care.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4‑year institution is required.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience or a similar environment.
- Experience with educational technology and digital learning models/applications, with a strong track record of program development and integration.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creativity and innovation in planning and executing school events.
- Ability to contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on creating memorable and impactful experiences for students and families.
- Commitment to delivering quality internal and external customer service.
- Proactive initiative, capable of owning or facilitating project plans.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performing, and occasionally unpredictable environment.
- Maturity, humility, strong work ethic, sense of humor, and a "whatever it takes" disposition.
Salary range: $62,896 - $82,065, depending on experience and location. Full‑time employees receive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403(b) retirement benefit package with matching contributions, and paid family leave. The role expects an average of 45 hours per week.
