Financial Controller

SRC, a Carabetta Company, is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Financial Controller to join our Executive Management Team. This is a high‑impact leadership role overseeing financial operations across our Construction Division, Real Estate Development entities, and related ventures.

• Lead financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP compliance across multiple entities
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
• Manage WIP reporting, percentage‑of‑completion accounting, and AIA billings
• Ensure compliance with HUD and affordable housing requirements
• Support debt and equity financing, lender reporting, and audits
• Strengthen financial systems, policies, and risk management practices
• Lead and develop a high‑performing accounting team

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8–10+ years of experience in construction and real estate development accounting
• Expertise in GAAP, WIP, multi‑entity reporting, and cash management
• Experience with affordable housing, HUD compliance, and cost certifications
• SAGE experience required
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
