Finance Director

$300-$475K total package (approximately $225-275K base pay)

This is NOT a Wealth Advisor role. This is a corporate Financial Planning & Analysis position where wealth management experience is most important; someone who has worked with Advisors on forecasting revenues and has a business presence and understanding to present financials to our board.

Company has been in existence for approximately two decades and has been providing clients with financial services that capture superior long‑term investment returns with a disciplined approach.

The Finance Director will work closely with executive leadership, business unit heads, Board of Directors and other areas of the company.

This is a leadership position that will strategically oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, management reporting, and business analytics for the firm.

Needs strong analytical capability and has an understanding of revenue models common to wealth management firms (AUM-based fees, advisory fees, recurring revenue streams).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience providing executive level reporting for private client/ultra‑high net worth wealth management firms required
• 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a wealth or asset management environment
