We're working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Meriden area that needs someone to step in and own the financial performance of a plant. This is not a back-office reporting role — you'll be embedded with operations, helping drive decisions that directly impact cost, margin, and overall business performance.

• Full responsibility for plant financials — close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis
• Deep involvement in costing, inventory, and variance analysis
• Partnering directly with plant leadership to drive performance and accountability
• Building and improving financial visibility, KPIs, and reporting tools
• Supporting Cap Ex decisions and long-term planning
• Identifying and executing on cost savings and process improvements
