What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and performance metrics
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
  • Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to management
  • Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
  • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to improve financial performance
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business trends
  • Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
  • Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decisions
  • Improve reporting processes through automation and enhanced analytics
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
