We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Meriden or Southington, CT. This is a strong role for a therapist seeking a more balanced outpatient setting with lower volume, flexible scheduling, and the ability to focus on patient care without the typical mill-style pace.
The PT will evaluate and treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients while working in a supportive clinic environment designed to prioritize quality care, therapist autonomy, and long-term sustainability.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mOur Clientlity, function, and recovery
- Work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care
- Maintain timely documentation and patient progress updates
- Help deliver a strong patient experience in a quality-focused outpatient environment
- Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a clinical team
