We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic opportunity in Meriden or Southington, CT. This is a strong role for a therapist seeking a more balanced outpatient setting with lower volume, flexible scheduling, and the ability to focus on patient care without the typical mill-style pace.

The PT will evaluate and treat a range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients while working in a supportive clinic environment designed to prioritize quality care, therapist autonomy, and long-term sustainability.

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mOur Clientlity, function, and recovery
• Work with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to support continuity of care
• Maintain timely documentation and patient progress updates

• Active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
