Overview
Digital Product Manager – Hartford, CT (Full‑time, on‑site, telecommuting available). This role leads the planning, initiation, and management of IT projects for digital product development at CVS Pharmacy Inc., a CVS Health company.
Responsibilities- Collaborate on value proposition, strategic initiatives, roadmap, and target market.
- Work with the Business Product Manager to map initiatives and create Minimum Viable Products that deliver ROI.
- Streamline execution of team priorities while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity of features and components.
- Continuously refine the program backlog, facilitate decision‑making on user stories, bug fixes, and technical debt in the Rally board.
- Partner with business teams to decompose large initiatives into incremental feature releases that deliver measurable value.
- Monitor feature implementation with Business Product Manager and Product Owners, reviewing progress with Agile teams.
- Provide feedback on architecture recommendations to ensure the development team can design, develop, and test user story functionality.
- Act as subject‑matter expert, explaining digital product vision and user stories to the team to ensure requirements are understood.
- Liaise with Business Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Initiative Owner, and Solution Architect to clarify requirements.
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies or SAFe Software Development Principles.
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle, Redis, or Cassandra databases.
- 3+ years’ experience using JIRA, Rally, or Confluence.
- 3+ years’ experience with SQL, MySQL, or No
SQL databases. - Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting.
- Domain expertise in healthcare or retail organizations.
- Experience developing web and mobile applications and relational database concepts.
- Knowledge of Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) processes, data and analytics‑based platform capabilities, and healthcare data management processes, including data standards, interoperability, and data privacy.
- Proficiency with Agile productivity tools and leading incremental software releases.
Pay Range: $ – $ per year (base salary). Eligibility for CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program and an equity award program target. Benefits include:
