Join American Express as an Analytics Manager in the Global Customer Operations team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth for the Cardholder experience by developing financial products and programs that attract and retain card members. You will play a key part in shaping the Customer Banking function and support the execution of high‑impact initiatives that align with senior‑level business objectives.

• Create and analyze key performance metrics for Shopper Banking products and portfolios.
• Break down and provide insights on customer acquisition, profile, journey, and product adoption to inform business strategy.
• Examine competitive offers, evaluate target segments, size, and scale.
• Coordinate internal and external data and analytics to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Build models and hypotheses to estimate a valuable open‑door and evaluate recommendations.
• Lead deep dives to discover patterns, develop, and present actionable insights.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, IT, Marketing, Finance, and others.

• 3+ years of proven experience in a data‑driven analytical role.
• Four‑year college degree required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate across teams.
• Track record of driving growth and innovation in the financial technology space.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical reasoning and troubleshooting skills.
• Self‑starter with the ability to achieve results under pressure.
• Experience managing and extracting insights from large and complex data sets.

• Experience in customer/retail/computerized banking, Fin Tech, or consulting.
• Advanced or postgraduate education preferred.
• Strong programming skills in SAS/SQL; experience with Hive, Python, Spark, or Splunk is a plus.
