Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex programs accelerating our shift to next generation digital systems
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to design solutions, configure systems, and oversee testing, migration, and go‑live readiness
- Develop and manage conversion documentation, data mapping, and deployment planning
- Drive timelines, milestones, and execution for multiple transformation work streams
- Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and keep teams aligned and accountable
- Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate teams toward common goals
- Deliver clear communication, analytics, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency and cutover success
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience leading complex digital transformation or process‑intensive programs
- Experience with CORE/Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and comfortable leading improvement events
