As a key member of our leadership team, the Admissions Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of admissions, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective admissions strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition for new residents

• Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to resident intake, ensuring timely and efficient communication

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, discharge planners, and social workers

• Monitor and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Participate in facility-wide committees and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for admissions

Requirements:

• At least X years of experience in long-term care admissions (to be replaced with actual number)

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, social work, nursing)

• Proven track record in long-term care admissions and operations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
