- Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities team supporting manufacturing operations and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead capital investment projects supporting manufacturing operations from concept through commissioning

+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor performance to ensure successful delivery

+ Develop project plans, cost estimates, and execution strategies for facility and equipment improvements

+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and external contractors

+ Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards throughout project lifecycle

** What's Needed?*
* + Technical/Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience or Master's degree with 3 years

+ Experience managing manufacturing equipment and facility improvement projects

+ Proficiency in project management tools and engineering software such as MS Office and Solid Works/PDM

+ Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance

+ Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
