Hamilton Connections - - Responsibilities:
Multi-task and move within bagel and cream cheese production for extended periods of time;
Assist in preparing established recipes, including mixing ingredients bagel and cream cheese production, shaping dough, mixing cream cheese, and fulfilling cream cheese and bagels orders;
Operate machinery and equipment involved with the production of cream cheese, such as mixers;
Prep ingredients utilizing ranges and stoves;
Monitor production processes to ensure that cream cheese and bagel products meet quality standards including texture, consistency, flavor and packaging integrity
