Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II, you will be part of the Production Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II
Location: Meriden, CT
Pay Range: $40
What's the Job?- Develop and execute detailed production plans to support manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance, address supply risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, QC, and QA teams to ensure seamless plan execution.
- Maintain data integrity within ERP systems and support continuous process improvements.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify delays or shortages, and drive corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or related supply chain roles, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards E1 preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
