A growing manufacturing company in Meriden, CT is looking for a Grinder Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with grinding, deburring, finishing, or general manufacturing experience who enjoys hands-on work and producing quality parts.

Flexible part-time schedules are also available within the 1st shift hours.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate grinding equipment based on work instructions.
• Grind, deburr, and finish parts to meet quality standards.
• Inspect completed parts using measuring tools and gauges.
• Read blueprints and follow production requirements.
• Perform basic equipment upkeep and maintain a clean work area.
• Report quality or equipment concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and support daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous grinding, deburring, or manufacturing experience .
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team.
