Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Planner & Scheduler II, you will be part of the Production Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Develop and execute detailed production plans to support manufacturing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational performance, address supply risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with Production, Customer Service, QC, and QA teams to ensure seamless plan execution.
  • Maintain data integrity within ERP systems and support continuous process improvements.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify delays or shortages, and drive corrective actions.
What's Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or related supply chain roles, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (JD Edwards E1 preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams.
