Shift Detail: 3 shifts a week from 7p-7a, every third weekend and holiday

Mid State Medical Center is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for our Observation Unit. Observation Unit Registered Nurses have the opportunity to practice at the top of their license, using research, innovation, and evidence‑based practices.

We offer clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities as you complete your Observation Unit Nurse Residency. Student nurses and recent graduate nurses are welcome and encouraged to apply.

• Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred; graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.
