Hartford Health Care, the largest and most comprehensive healthcare system in Connecticut, offers a new growth opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our cohesive team to provide value-based care to patients in practice-based settings in Hartford Healthcare’s Central region. Ideal candidates are located with proximity to New York and Massachusetts.
Responsibilities- Provide value-based ambulatory care in oncology, including triage and outpatient management of benign hematology visits, sick/urgent visits, chemotherapy education and teach visits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow-up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.
- Full Time with a 4-day work week option

Qualifications- Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required.
- Eligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA) or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is required.
- Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.
