Family Practice​/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN)

Part-Time 1-3 Days per Week

$80-$90 per Hour + Performance Bonus

An established outpatient regenerative medicine practice in the Hartford area is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team on a part‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider with an interest in orthopedic and musculoskeletal medicine who enjoys helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and avoid unnecessary surgery.

Location: Hartford, CT

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Obtain medical histories and conduct focused physical examinations
• Review and interpret imaging studies, including X-rays and MRIs
• Develop diagnoses and individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Perform joint and trigger point injections
• Assist with regenerative medicine procedures (training provided)
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and the clinical team to provide exceptional patient care

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Connecticut PA or NP license
• Experience in orthopedics, musculoskeletal medicine, physical medicine & rehabilitation, sports medicine, or family medicine (preferred)
• Experience with joint and trigger point injections (preferred)
• Comfortable performing office‑based procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Typical 10‑hour shifts
