Responsibilities- Provide stepdown nursing care in a clinical setting.
- Collaborate with the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and document intersections of care as required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a related specialty (stepdown/telemetry preferred).
