• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop a plan of care to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Provide clinical instruction and additional learning opportunities for Graduate Registered Nurses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams focused on patient-centered care.

Education: BSN preferred

Experience: Previous RN experience required

Certifications:

Current RN License in Connecticut
