Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Wound Care at Hartford Health Care provides nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. This role is ideal for RNs who are passionate about patient-centered care and want to work in a collaborative environment.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop a plan of care utilizing the nursing process.
• Address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
• Incorporate the needs and behaviors of patients' age groups in care planning.
• Work under the direction and general supervision of the Clinical Manager.

Education:

• RN with current Connecticut license required
• BSN preferred

Experience:

• Experience in applicable specialty preferred
• New graduates to work under supervision per State guidelines
