About the Role:As a RN Supervisor-Full Time 7-3p
, you will be responsible for supervising a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care in a safe and compassionate environment. Your leadership skills and expertise will be essential in supporting the development of our nursing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Supervise and direct a team of nursing staff
, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. - Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. - Assess and identify opportunities for improvement
, developing and implementing plans to enhance patient care and staff performance. - Collaborate with other departments
, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
, with a current RN license in the state of Connecticut. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
