Looking to start or grow your retail career? We’re recruiting Customer Service Assistants to join our food store team

Meriden | 12 hours per week | Fixed-term contract for 3 months

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly while delivering a great shopping experience:

  • Deliver friendly, helpful, and efficient service to every customer
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, well-presented, and shop floor ready
  • Handle deliveries, replenishment, and stock rotation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Support promotions and merchandising activity
  • Work as part of a team to achieve store targets

You’ll be visible on the shop floor, ready to help customers and step in wherever needed to keep the store running at pace.

What We’re Looking For
  • A strong customer focus and positive attitude
  • Reliability and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Great teamwork and communication skills

Retail experience is helpful, but not essential – we’ll provide full training.
