Senior Solutions Architect

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to strengthen our technical and commercial capabilities while expanding into strategic growth markets such as defense, government, and critical infrastructure. This is a customer‑facing role that combines technical expertise with business development, helping deliver innovative system‑level solutions and driving long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities

External

• Act as the primary technical advisor, building trusted customer relationships
• Partner with Sales to identify and develop new opportunities
• Lead technical engagements: presentations, workshops, demos, proofs‑of‑concept
• Design and recommend complete system‑level solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product roadmaps
• Develop compelling value propositions and solution architectures
• Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence

Internal

• Champion AI, automation, and digital tools to improve workflows
• Build internal tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency
• Establish best practices and reusable architectures
• Mentor sales, product, and engineering teams
• Monitor industry trends and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in EE/Telecom/CS (Master’s or MBA preferred)
• 8+ years in solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical sales
• Proven success delivering solutions in telecom, defense, government, or industrial markets
• Strong knowledge of RF, wireless, telecom infrastructure, and optical platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
