Service Technician

As a Service Technician at HARP Home Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and ensuring the optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. You will work closely with customers to identify and address their HVAC needs and provide excellent service while adhering to all safety and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

• Experience with HVAC system diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Understanding of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, as well as experience with providing related mechanical services
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and procedures
• Effective communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while managing time effectively
• Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC systems are highly preferred
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is a plus
