• The Work & Requirements: You'll handle 100% touch freight, unloading box-by-box with rollers at Dollar Tree stores, plus occasional Family Dollar deliveries and NYC borough runs using 26-foot pup trailers. Candidates must have at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months, pass a DOT physical, urine screen, and hair follicle test. Bring two weeks of personal supplies to orientation for immediate dispatch to Windsor, CT.
  
  You must arrange secure truck/trailer parking (authorized at any DT store or DC) and be ready for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• The Paycheck: Clear an average of $1,600 to $1,850 weekly, putting you on track for $104,000 annually (while top producers bank $2,500+ every week). Your all-in pay rate hits $1.89, combining experience-based CPM ($0.73 to $0.76 for 3+ years) with heavy accessorials: $240 per fully unloaded trailer, $75 per backhaul, and $250 for NYC borough drops.
