• Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM and every third week and weekend on call
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Tradebe, you’ll play a key role in keeping our plant equipment running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role where you’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Key Job Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair plant equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and service mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components
• Assemble, disassemble, install, clean, and lubricate parts such as bearings, gears, and pulleys
• Perform light welding, grinding, and fabrication work (if qualified)
• Complete work orders, recording repairs and materials used
• Operate lift trucks and powered lifts when needed
• Assist with daily equipment inspections and promote safe operations
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working maintenance in an industrial environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in a physically active plant setting, including elevated positions
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
