Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

We are in search of a Warehouse Support Crew Member who will be responsible for maintaining the required inventory levels, ensuring that the orders are correct in terms of specifications, quantity and quality, identifying any losses in stock, organizing the warehouse layout, loading and unloading orders, expediting, receiving, shipping and warehousing all materials and supplies.

• Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
• Evaluates warehouse materials (e.g., qualified product list, warehouse supplies, office supplies, etc.) to maintain quality.
• Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and/or fill orders for transport.
• Maintains physical and electronic documents, and files records (e.g., receipts, delivery logs, inventory, warehouse reports, material evaluation, etc.)
• Operates warehouse equipment (e.g., company vehicles, pallet jacks, trailers, etc.)
• Prepares reports to maintain accurate records for business service.
• Provides quality customer service to maintain an effective and efficient work environment.
• Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct.
• Analyzes discrepancies on orders and/or invoices (e.g., overages, shortages, duplicate deliveries, etc.) to correct errors and/or return damaged/incorrect items to vendors.
• Responds to inquiries of staff and vendors to provide information and/or direction regarding invoices, billing, status of deliveries, etc.

• Previous experience operating a forklift.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience working with inventory analysis.
• Solar or relevant experience is preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and be willing to submit to a motorized vehicle report.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a clean driving record as determined by a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending and climbing ladders.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
