Revascent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Practice Administration (PA) division. In this role, you will support multiple practice administration clients, overseeing accounting functions across a portfolio of healthcare practices. This is a client‑facing position requiring strong technical accounting expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple entities.

• Manage full‑cycle accounting for multiple practice administration clients, including but not limited to A/P, A/R, General Ledger Reconciliations and Payroll
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes for multiple entities
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules for client delivery
• Act as a primary accounting contact for assigned clients, providing insights and recommendations
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff supporting client accounts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and client‑specific requirements
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to clients and internal leadership
• Maintain and improve accounting workflows, systems, and internal controls across multiple clients
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for client practices
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with multi‑entity or client‑based accounting
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing multiple clients or business units simultaneously
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client‑facing skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with Sage 100 ERP System
• Experience in healthcare, practice management, or outsourced accounting environments
• Experience working in a professional services or multi‑client setting
