Lead Client Servicing Associate – Asset Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries across investment accounting, reporting, reconciliation, platform usage, and operational workflows.
• Manage day-to-day servicing across multiple client entities.
• Investigate and resolve issues using Clearwater front- and back-office tooling.
• Perform account setup, month-end lockdowns, reconciliations, compliance tasks, and investment data validation.
• Navigate multi-custodian, multi-portfolio, and multi-currency environments with a focus on data quality and auditability.
• Support onboarding, portfolio transitions, custom reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and product gaps; contribute to documentation and scalable best practices.
• Coordinate project work streams, manage action items, and drive delivery across stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and credibility with sophisticated clients.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving across servicing, reconciliation, product, delivery, billing, and sales.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to streamline processing, accelerate resolution, and identify scalable process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of directly applicable experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging a broad range of stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and focus on excellent client outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with evolving priorities.
• Experience supporting large institutional clients strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI applications and Salesforce CRM preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in investment accounting, reconciliation, and client servicing, with a strong focus on data quality and process improvement. Proficient in leveraging AI-enabled tools and managing complex client relationships in fast-paced environments.
