We are seeking a highly professional and organized Office Administrator to support a large corporate office in Meridian, individual will serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the office, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly while providing support across facilities, vendor management, onboarding, office events, invoicing, and executive visits.
This is a 6-12 month contract-to-hire opportunity with growth potential for someone who views administration as a career and enjoys being the go-to resource for a fast-paced office environment.
What You'll Do- Manage office supplies, inventory, snacks, and general office organization
- Coordinate facilities-related needs, maintenance requests, vendors, and building management
- Track purchase orders, submit invoices, and support accounts payable processes
- Prepare conference rooms, catering, and office logistics for executive and client visits
- Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage front desk operations
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments, mail, and package deliveries
- Support new hire onboarding, including I-9 completion, equipment coordination, and security access
- Plan office events, employee engagement activities, holiday celebrations, and team meetings
- Maintain office common areas, kitchen spaces, and workplace standards
- Assist with document control, records management, project coordination, and reporting
- Support timecard administration, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and other administrative functions as needed
- Act as a liaison with IT, facilities, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless office operations
- 3+ years of experience in an Office Administrator, Office Manager, Workplace Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience supporting a corporate office environment of 30+ employees
- Experience managing:
- Office supplies and inventory
- Facilities coordination and vendor relationships
- Office events, catering, and employee engagement activities
- Invoice submission, PO tracking, and administrative financial support
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Advanced professionalism and strong written/verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, or similar collaboration tools
- Multi-line phone systems
- Warm, welcoming, customer-service-oriented personality
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, corporate environment

Compensation: $31.25/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
