Sevita is seeking a detail-oriented Program Administration Records Coordinator to support our Healthcare & Medical Services programs. In this Administration & Clerical role, you will maintain accurate client and program records, process referrals and authorizations, and ensure timely, compliant documentation to support quality care. Responsibilities include data entry, filing and retrieval of confidential records, preparing reports, and coordinating with clinical and care teams.

You'll use electronic health record systems, follow HIPAA and company policies, and assist with audits. Join an inclusive, supportive team with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and program records in electronic and paper systems
  • Perform timely data entry, tracking, and verification for referrals, authorizations, and services
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory, HIPAA, and organizational standards
  • Coordinate with clinical and care teams to obtain and update required information
  • Prepare routine reports and summaries for program leadership and audits
  • Support internal and external audits through record retrieval and organization
  • Maintain secure filing, storage, and retrieval systems for confidential records
  • Respond to record requests in accordance with privacy and security policies
  • Assist with process improvements for documentation workflows
  • Provide general administrative support to the program administration team
