JOB MISSIONPacific Lifestyle Homes, a leading new home builder in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support the Boise Division President in achieving the company mission. As part of our newest location, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to take on a broad range of responsibilities, providing administrative support, office management, event support, recruiting and new employee onboarding support, IT issue coordination, sales and marketing support, and construction support.
Key responsibilities include assisting the Boise Division President with strategic plan implementation and team performance management. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional support that contributes to the growth and success of our Boise office.
